If you want your production looking its best, color correction and grading are a must. As a recent convert to Blacmagic's DaVinci Resolve, I'm drawing on more than a decade of practice using Apple's Color, Premiere Pro's effects library, and Adobe's eventual inclusion of Lumetri Color to achieve your stylized vision. Current setup includes a Tangent Wave 2 control panel, Blackmagic UltraStudio 4K Mini, BenQ SW271 for program feed, and BenQ EW3270U 32" 4K reference monitor for visiting collaborators.
